In 1937, Napoleon Hill published Think and Grow Rich — written at a time when the economy had collapsed and millions had lost everything. He spent 20 years studying the people who rebuilt anyway. Not because they had more money or better connections. Because of how they thought.
The founder of DFPP read that book. It stayed with him through multiple layoffs, through the fear of not knowing how to support a family, through the slow realization that most companies don't actually care about the people inside them.
He pulled four principles from Hill's work — the four that carried him through — and named the company after them. Every decision DFPP makes traces back to these four words.
